We didn’t know where we were going, or how happy we would be. That Charger has taken us everywhere, from the mountains to the sea, and every forest in between. I have reached a major precipice in my life, and the anticipation of the future is filled with tension. I am entering a period that is veiled in uncertainty as my partner prepares to leave for the United States Army. To me, change is loss, and loss is terrifying. These photographs commemorate the idealistic time that has become a dreamscape to return to. I will retreat to the time where we let the waves wash over our toes as we sat by the shore.
